The sand is chilled from the black of night, but an angry sliver of crimson glimmers along the horizon line. To the west, a scar of neon blocks out the stars. There are answers there. And trouble.

GIN, NO CHASER is a savage noir mystery that takes considerable influence from LAST CALL (Tim Powers) and ALAS, VEGAS (James Wallis). It won't play out the same, but if you know either intimately you might know too much. On the other hand, whatever happens in Sin City stays in Sin City, so maybe you'll make it out as a real winner-winner, and not just by the skin of your teeth.

NOTE: ALAS VEGAS's fugue system uses tarot cards quite heavily. I haven't quite figured out how or if I can use them virtually, but it may be a component of this game if that is important for you to know.

It's the modern world, with, perhaps, a few twists. But more shades of strange than out-and-out supernatural. Depending on how the cards turn up, of course.
