This policy covers information that Ambercon gathers when you use our products or services: “personal information” such as but not limited to name, postal address, phone number; “financial information” such as but not limited to credit card numbers, bank account information, or passwords; and “demographic and usage information” such as but not limited to information that you submit, or that Ambercon collects, which is neither personal information nor financial information but necessary for the proper functioning and billing of our service, such as the date regarding the start and end and the extent of your usage of any of the Services. Why does Ambercon collect information related to its Members?
Our primary goal in collecting information related to you is to provide you with a friendly, personalized, and professional experience. The information you provide is used for such purposes as optimizing your user experience across Ambercon’s services, responding to your requests for certain products and services, customizing the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about specials and new products. How will we use “Personally Identifiable Information”?

We may pass on your personal information, financial information, and/or demographic and usage information to your mobile phone service provider, your credit card company, PayPal, or another payment facility you have designated in order to secure collection of fees, and such information collected by Ambercon may be stored and processed in the United States, or any other country in which Ambercon or its agents maintain facilities.
We may also disclose your personal information, financial information and/or demographic and usage information to law enforcement and other governmental agencies or instrumentalities for legal proceedings and the prevention of crimes, or to other third parties as may be required by law, statute or regulation.
We may use your personally identifiable information to contact you and secure payment of amounts you owe us or others through us. If we determine that you are a minor, we may disclose your personally identifiable information to your parents and we may contact your parents to advise them of your activities and debt and seek payment from them.

Ambercon will disclose your personally identifiable information only as provided in this Policy. We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who used one of our services or a particular feature of a service. Demographic and Usage Information
Usage Information: We receive and store information whenever you use any of our services. Ambercon automatically receives and records certain “traffic data” on our server logs, which may include the dates and times you used our services, usage data, your IP address, Ambercon cookie information, aspects of each service that you used or accessed, and your communications and interactions with other users of our services.
Mobile Device Identification Information: When you connect to our services through your mobile device, if your service provider uniquely identifies the device, Ambercon will receive this information. Ambercon may use your unique mobile device identification information to present you with extended services and/or functionality. Our services may require our collection from you of the phone number for your mobile device. We may associate that phone number to the mobile device identification information and to other information we have collected from and about you; however, we will not use that number to call you for telemarketing.
Mobile Device Physical Location: Some mobile phone service providers are required to operate a system that will pinpoint the physical location of devices that use their service. Depending on the provider, Ambercon may automatically receive this information.
We may combine this demographic and usage information with your personal information. This type of data enables us to provide you with a more personalized user experience and determine how often customers use parts of our services, so we can make our services appealing to as many customers as possible. In addition, we may provide statistical information to our partners about how our customers collectively use our services. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners also understand how often people use their areas and our services, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal experience.
We may receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from us. We may also send out emails with news or promotions. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, please adjust your preferences on our website.

Processing of Information
Ambercon processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we may process your personal information on a server outside your own country. We may process your personal information to provide our own services. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our partners.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people. Ambercon cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information.
The “help” portion of the toolbar on the majority of browsers will direct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to command the browser to tell you when you receive a new cookie, or how to fully disable cookies.
Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control
We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Is Information About Me Secure?
Your personally identifiable information is kept on servers and in a computing environment that is intended to keep your information secure. We use encryption technology when collecting financial information such as credit card information. For online transactions, we use industry standard security measures, such as the one available through “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL), to protect the confidentiality and security of online transactions.
Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

Can Children Use Ambercon’s Services?
Our site and the services and mobile applications available through Ambercon are not intended for children under the age of 13. Ambercon does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and believes that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personally identifiable information. We encourage parents to actively participate in their child’s on-line world. Ambercon recommends that parents use Web filtering technology to supervise their kids’ access to the Internet.
