Generations ago, the farm was a place where the rabbits of the warren could go and find all kinds of wonderful food, and all they had to worry about was the dog, and sometimes a cat. But lots of the farm got dug up and is now covered in the Black, and humans are walking all around day and night, making loud noises and smelling like poison. When the humans started doing that, the warren moved into the fallow meadow behind the farm. That's been a good place for a long time now, and most of the rabbits are content.
Some role reversal, and a bit of an experiment. If you sign up for this game, you are not signing up to be a player; you’re signing up to be the GM. The players will be the five of us listed as co-GMs in the slot description. We’re a group of friends who love gaming together but rarely get the chance to do it. Come GM for us! We’re open to any style of game you want to run. Classic Amber? Yes. Superheroes? We’re in. High fantasy? Police procedural? Historical melodrama? Awesome, bring it on. Give us pregen characters, or ask us to write a novelette before the Con. We’ll even (gasp!) bring our dice if you tell us to. We're a great gateway group for someone with first-time GM jitters, or a veteran GM wanting to try something outside their typical zone.
Player will be given a series of multple choice questions to answer to determine who their characters might actually be. Some players will be "assigned" a "name", some will get to pick their "temporary" name.
Set in the 1890's, in Detroit, Michigan, someone committed you into Eloise, originally created as a poor house in the late 1830s, since 1880s has been an insane asylum, alternatively called Eloise Sanatorium, Eloise Hospital or even The Crazy Hospital. You may not remember who you are (amnesia) , or how long you have been in here BUT YOU KNOW YOU DO NOT BELONG THERE, and you have to get out. Also you suspect there are others like yourself who do not belong in here, and that a patient is very soon going to be scheduled for some unnecessary of surgery (it might you).
You tell me. Could be Amber. Could be earth. Could be outer space. We'll figure it out.
Email characters in advance and please bring a copy to the game.
It's Friday morning. You probably didn't get enough sleep last night. Maybe your room smells like chlorine or something. You don't want to think deep thoughts. You just want to kick back and play in a nice little slot 2 game before lunch. This is the game for you. Bring whatever character you want. We'll figure out what's going on during the game. Maybe.
Still in New York City circa 1972. Andy Warhol is spending more time with the group than he expected and they continue to collect the most odd people. This time a woman from the “Roaring Twenties” showed up, claiming to be from somewhere called Cassandra. And an odd troll like man was arrested. He lost his bridge and found the George Washington Bridge, where he set up his own toll booth, of sorts. More strangeness ahead.
This event stars in Slot 8 and usually ends when the food court opens downstairs, or I have to take someone to the airport.

Year 14 of a 5 year campaign. Sounds like we're off to the Hundred Years War. Fortunately the characters are pretty much immortal. New powers were born; one PC made a deal with death; some castles not belonging to the players were redecorated, and theres still bizarre things going on in the Universe. Oh, and someone is MIA.
We will order in food.
There are a bunch of folks at ACUS who knit, crochet, sew, embroider, or do other Crafty Things. This is a chance to take a break from the gaming and come and get your craft on. All are welcome. Wander in and out as you like.
Well, a mature teen.
Characters must be created before the con. All characters created during and since ACUS 2008 need no reconstruction.
Either you can do it yourself or you can tell me what you want and I will generate the characters. The final option ceases to be available two weeks before the con.
The Justice Legion is the premier super-team, its roster composed of the world's mightiest heroes. Long have they striven to keep the citizens of the world safe by standing for truth, justice, and honor; however, there are some jobs that, while necessary, cannot be associated with the heroes in whom the public has placed their trust. These are handled by lesser-known and, in some cases, unacknowledged, members of the Justice Legion Militia.
This is the same game as in Slot 5. Do not sign up for both games.
It's hard to describe. Oberon blew it and destroyed the Pattern at the end of Patternfall War. Amber was gone. Osric created the Maze, but now there's about 3 Logrii around, 2 Patterns, 1 unnamed construct, and a bunch of avatars.
Cannot change slot times. Been this way for 11 years already.
I run through the break (we order in) and may run up until 8 if I have players willing to play.
Are you people insane? With new powers and avatars popping up all over the place, where will you fit in? Eric is finally back to normal, well as normal as an Amberite can be. Amber has been rebuilt, with Brand having recreated the Pattern. Lowen has a power of her own. And Trisk and Ndale have been promised that they can create powers. Andrew was sacrificed for the Amber and Corwin's Patterns (Brand is that good). This year makes an even dozen on a 5 year campaign. What is the GM doing wrong? New plot lines and twists are in the works for 2009. We'll order in lunch again this year.
